Dye Chosen For Washington Trip

Clay City High School junior Jackson Dye was selected by Clay Electric Cooperative to attend the Youth to Washington Youth Tour, an all-expense-paid, weeklong trip to Washington, D.C., this summer. He was one of only two students selected for this opportunity.

During the trip, students learn more about how cooperatives operate, visit the U.S. Capitol and meet with federal representatives and senators, and tour Arlington National Cemetery, the National Mall, and other historic sites throughout the week. This is an outstanding opportunity for students to represent their school and community while gaining valuable civic learning experiences.

Congratulations Jackson! We know you will represent Clay City CUSD #10 and this community well!
