The Andrew Gobczynski Big Heart Foundation is offering heart testing the morning of Saturday, October 17 at HSHS St. Anthony from 8 am to noon. This screening is available to all sophomores (and junior/senior athletes who have not already participated). This includes all fall/winter/spring sport athletes, as well as band members, cheerleaders, and the dance team.
This is a free service, paid by the AGBHF and provided by HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital.
Students/parents must fill the packet out and return it to the school office by Thursday, October 8 at noon. HSHS will then contact parents between October 12th - 15th in order to schedule a testing time.
