Early in the morning on August 25, Chelsea Beck attended her first Olney Central College "rat lab." "I'm scared of the rat juice," Chelsea whispered, as her professor, Christian Mathews, began to bring out the rodents. Chelsea said this lab helped her better understand anatomy and how to identify organs. She swears this was an amazing first lab! Chelsea is among several Clay City students enrolled in classes through the local community college. This semester is off to a great start.
