Clay City Schools is proud of sophomore, Ellie Hagen, for placing 1st in the individual category at the Section 23 Horse Judging contest on September 12. Overall, Clay City placed 5th. Adviser Maddie Lewis beamed with pride as she reflected, "I couldn't be more happy with these results. I am beyond proud of these kids & love their eagerness to jump in and give their all in everything that they do!" Lewis recently joined the staff at Clay City and is learning the ropes as she goes. A veteran of FFA herself, she is dedicated to seeing the Ag program and FFA prosper in the coming years.
