Lost and Found is overflowing! If you notice your student is missing something, have them stop by the library to check the lost and found. If in these photos you notice an article of clothing belonging to your student, make sure they come to the library to claim it. Thank you!







Weekly Announcements • March 10 - March 14


Make sure your clocks are right when your student heads to bed on Sunday night. Daylight Savings Time springs our clocks forward an hour this weekend. Bring on longer days and sunshine!


Dr. Seuss Week wrapped up with Character Day! Plenty of students participated in the fun!
Librarian Mrs. Goodrum would like to thank high school students Taylee Gray, Kynadie Mitchel, and Jordyn Shadle for dressing up in Seuss wear for the students.





There will be no student attendance tomorrow - Friday, March 7 - for Clay City CUSD #10 students due to a teachers institute day.


Miss Fender's first graders had a visit from Julie Byrd and Jill Vanhyning from Clay City Banking Co. The students learned about the importance of saving money. Clay City Banking Co. gave every student a book and bookmark. Thank you ladies for coming and sharing with our students!



Miss Fender's first graders got into the wacky spirit this Wednesday!


It's Wacky Wednesday and these students showed up with some wacky hair and wear!




There will be a Drama Club meeting tomorrow in the multipurpose room during JH lunch activity period. Any JH or HS student interested in participating in this year's play should attend.
HS students who will be attending will eat lunch with JH students so they can attend the meeting.

It's Red & Blue/Twin Day here at Clay City Schools in celebration of Dr. Seuss Week! Check out these groups either twinning or matching the Seuss theme!


Miss Fender's first graders participated in Monday's dress up day for Dr. Seuss Week. The theme was "Oh the places you'll go" and students were encouraged to dress up as what they want to be when they grow up! See how many careers you can see in the picture.


Senior Elizabetha Hagen was presented with a scholarship from The County Line Quails Forever on Saturday, February 1st at their annual banquet. Congratulations Ellie!


Fourth grader Devon has completed the AHA Kids Heart Challenge wall! Great work Devon!
