I'm excited to announce that beginning in October, K-8 students will have monthly presentations delivered by experts from Cedarhurst Art Museum in Mt. Vernon. We look forward to this partnership and exploring art together at Clay City Schools. Special thanks goes to Beth Hance for writing an amazing grant.

Sports:
HS Volleyball finished 2nd in the Carlyle Tournament. Their next contest is Thursday. Practice today at 3:45.
HS Baseball lost 5-1 to Teutopolis. They play Odin today bus at 2:45
JH Baseball finished 3rd place at their Tournament. They lost to Red Hill 14-7 and beat St. Joe 7-6. They play Sacred Heart today for the team's 8th grade recognition night at 4:30.
JH Cross Country no practice
Clubs:
The Forestry team will leave at 11:30 to head to Sam Dale Lake for a contest.
Horse judging team will leave at 5:30pm to go to Olney for a contest.
Tonight is 5th grade Band sign-up from 4:30-6:30 in the music room.
