Here are some scenes from FCS advanced food's work with charcuterie boards. These look delicious! Great work guys!

Mrs. French's fourth grade class learned about life in the past. Students used a washboard to do laundry and made butter.

March was a busy month for FCS classes. Intro to FCS learned all about cakes and baking, and then had the opportunity to decorate their own cakes. Advanced foods did a cheese tasting as part of the dairy unit. They analyzed several different types of cheese and after learning about the history of charcuterie, they were able to use the cheese to design their own charcuterie boards.
