
ATTTENTION JH GIRLS WHO PLAY NC JH SOFTBALL- Practice begins Monday July 29th 3:30-5:30pm at the North Clay Park (small diamond on east side). Practices will be Monday-Friday and could be subject to change due to inclement weather or heat.
There will be a brief parent meeting in the park pavilion by the softball diamond following the 1st practice on Monday July 29th 5:30-6:00pm. Uniform distribution will be Tuesday July 30th at practice.
Team and individual pictures with Smitty will be Wednesday July 31st during practice.
Athletes will need a current physical on file, athletic fees paid, and student forms submitted prior to the first day of practice. I will bring copies of the student forms to your school one day next week. They will also be available in our grade school office and at the parent meeting on Monday, July 29.

For any boy or girl entering 5th-8th grade next year for Clay City there will be open gyms for basketball. The dates are July 9th, 11th, 16th, and 18th. This will be in the high school gym so kids will enter school through high school entrance. Times are 6-8pm hope to see everyone there.


Lifetouch Graduation Photo Proofs are in! If you would like to pick up your photo proofs you can call the Unit Office, 618-676-1431 , to set up a time to come in. We are working limited hours for Summer but are happy to find a time to get these to you. Happy Summer!

Tomorrow is High School Awards Day! Local scholarships will be awarded to seniors, and teachers will be recognizing 9-12 students for all their hard work. Parents, families, and community members are invited. The ceremony begins at 10:00 in the new gym. We look forward to celebrating our students!
